ALL UPS SERVICES - VALUE RESTRICTIONS
High value shipments (valued up to US $50,000 per package) can only be sent to the Russian cities of Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Stavropol, St. Petersburg, and Vladivostok. The maximum value of shipments to any other of the destinations served is 5000 Rubles including freight charges. If the value exceeds this amount you will be billed for the return of your shipment.
