All consignments are covered for loss or damage up to a maximum £50 in value. (per consignment not per box)
If you wish to purchase enhanced transit liability then the minimum premium is £5 which will give cover up to £250 in value.
Cover in excess of £250 is charged at 2% of the declared value up to a maximum of £1000. For example if cover is required for £750 this would be charged at 2%, i.e. £15.
Please note that the declared value should be the replacement cost of the goods not the sale value. This value is not displayed on the air waybill or labels.
Claims will be settled subject to conditions such as adequate packaging and proof of value.
