Once again, UPS has expanded its retail and B2C portfolio with its latest acquisition of the Belgian e-commerce delivery firm Kiala.
Kiala primarily services e-commerce retailers with its wide range of delivery solutions. With the help of Kiala, customers purchasing goods online can have their shopping delivered to a nearby store / retail business.
The terms of the business deal between the global
parcel delivery provider and the Belgian e-commerce firm were not disclosed.
